A memorial service for pioneering female executive Claudine Williams will be conducted at 11 a.m. June 13 in the main ballroom of Harrah’s Las Vegas.

Williams was chairwoman of Harrah’s Entertainment from 1983 to 2006 and in 1992 became the first woman inducted into the Gaming Hall of Fame.

Persons who want to attend the scheduled 90-minute memorial are asked to RSVP by calling 369-5217.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the person’s favorite charity.
